After nearly two years, Shapez 2 is once again a hot topic on Steam: The factory-building and automation game from the Munich-based development studio tobspr Games is enjoying a second wind.

After the game was already quite well-received by fans during Early Access, the final 1.0 release is now live.

In addition to the classic game mode, there’s now a Manufacture Mode for experienced players, mod support, graphical improvements, a fresh tutorial, and tons of fine-tuning to the actual gameplay.

And it’s going over well: The game is currently receiving a flood of positive user reviews, bringing its overall rating to around 95 percent. To celebrate the launch, Shapzes 2 is also offering a 20 percent discount.

Fans of Factorio, Satisfactory, or Timberborn, in particular, will definitely want to check this out!
