The Pizza Party Item is used to restore life and shield. You can find it in normal loot, i.e. on the ground, in crates and so on, but you can also buy the pizza from the NPC Tomatohead in Tilted Towers. He charges 50 gold per pizza party item. You can buy the pizza there up to four times.
Each Pizza Party Item contains eight pieces of pizza in its box. To eat them, you have to throw the box on the ground and then pick out the individual pieces. The pizza can regenerate all health points, but can only recharge shield points up to a maximum of 50, just like you know it from the minis.
