The Team of the Season (TOTS) in FIFA 22 is expected in less than a month. The promo action traditionally brings some of the strongest cards to Ultimate Team.
According to FUTZone, the Team of the Season is expected to be released soon. The leaker drew attention to it via Twitter on Tuesday. According to information from esports.com, this statement coincides with the previously speculated release on 22 April – exactly one month after FUTZone’s announcement. Last year, the TOTS promo in FIFA 21 started on 23 April.

“It’s coming in April. We’ll probably see a promo before that and during that promo we’ll get the TOTS vote,” FUTZOne added via Twitter. An official confirmation from EA Sports is still pending.
Because the Team of the Season has always been one of the most popular FIFA events in the past and also the traditional Team of the Year (TOTY) has already been released, the community is assuming a TOTS event, which can include strong cards with 98 and 99 overall ratings.

Favourite top stars in FIFA 22’s TOTS include old acquaintances such as Kylian Mbappé, Cristiano Ronaldo, Mohamed Salah and Karim Benzema. From the Bundesliga, Christopher Nkunku (RB Leipzig) and Jude Bellingham (Borussia Dortmund), among others, are considered safe candidates for the Bundesliga TOTS in the community. In FIFA 21, four Bundesliga teams were in the community line-up.
The voting for the Team of the Season in FIFA 22 will probably take place on the official platform of EA Sports as well as in the game itself as soon as the player logs in online.
