Diablo IV: Release date fixed according to rumour

A Twitter user claims to have caught a glimpse of the release date of Diablo IV in the Microsoft Store. Allegedly, the hotly anticipated adventure game will be released in the middle of next year.

Numerous gaming fans have high expectations for this year’s Game Awards. Among other things, many are hoping that Blizzard will present a release date for Diablo IV. If we are to believe @ALumia_Italia the long-awaited fantasy adventure could be released on 5 or 6 June 2023  The Twitter user is said to have spied this information in the Microsoft Store and thus also found out the download size of the Xbox version: 80GB.

It is difficult to confirm whether there is any truth in this assumption at the moment. A month ago, other sites were already talking about Diablo IV being released in April. Whether the date has now been pushed back or it is a matter of false assumptions by both sources, we can only find out tonight.
 

Even though Blizzard is silent about an appearance at this year’s Game Awards, the rumour mill is churning. Moreover, insider Tom Henderson has already confirmed that hundreds of gaming journalists have already been given a glimpse of Diablo IV and have been urged by Rod Fergusson to watch this year’s Game Awards. According to the producer, there are to be some announcements. If this doesn’t amount to a release confirmation…
