Barely there, it was gone. Massive Resurgence mode on Al Mazrah had a very short lifespan due to a curious bug.

The Massive Resurgence mode introduced with Season 3 has already been removed from Warzone 2. What it’s all about and what Rockstars have to do with it, we’ll tell you below.

Short Pleasure

What do young Rockstar and Massive Resurgence mode have in common on Al Mazrah? That’s right, they are new, extremely popular for a short time, and have very limited lifespans

The chaotic and extremely action-packed new mode was extremely popular shortly after the release of Season 3 on April 12, finally bringing new momentum to the Battle Royale of Warzone 2.

As developer Infinity Ward announced on Twitter, the new Massive Resurgence mode has been temporarily removed from Warzone 2 due to a bug that does the entire lobby in.

The bug ensures that already the first circle is not only extremely small, but on top of that also occurs within the deadly gas. Once the plane reaches the center of the zone, all players are automatically thrown out of the plane and die.

During a demonstration of the bug in his stream, content creator BonqTTV managed to last a few seconds longer than the rest of his lobby through the clever use of his self-resurrection, curiously even setting the record for the fastest win in Warzone 2.

So far it’s still unclear what triggers the bug, which doesn’t appear in every match, also how long Infinity Ward’s investigation will take and if the mode will come back at all is still up in the air so far.
