The time with Verdansk is coming to an end and soon we can expect the Pacific Map in Call of Duty: Warzone. In a trailer we can see the first images of the map.

The new map will be released together with Season 1. Warzone will take place on Caldera, a tropical island in the Pacific Ocean.

Season 1 in Warzone

Call of Duty Warzone and Vanguard will begin their Season 1 patch on December 8, adding a new map, as well as more weapons and features to the games. Now Activision shared the following trailer:

Warzone players who already own the Vanguard game will be able to play the new map on 8 December. It will then be unlocked for everyone on 9 December. There will also be a new Battle Pass with the operator Francis “Kai” Lanakila. The premium variant of the pass contains 100 levels, a free skin and a 10 % XP bonus for the complete season.

A new air combat feature is also being added to the Battle Royal mode. For the first time, players can now fight for victory not only on the ground but also in the air. This has already been announced several times for Caldera in recent months.

YouTuber TheXclusiveAce has analysed the Pacific launch trailer to give a foreshadowing for the gameplay.

After the last few hours in Verdansk, the original map is expected to be replaced by Caldera at 7pm.
