Five months ago FunPlusPhoenix (FPX) entered the LoL history books as the 2019 world champion. Now finally the special world champion skins of the Chinese team are coming.

The world champion skins are among the most coveted trophies of every LoL player. After all, not everyone gets the chance to immortalize themselves in their game. The five world champions have now each developed a personal skin in cooperation with developer Riot.

FPX players chose the following champions: Lee Sin, Vayne, Thresh, Malphite and Gangplank. Despite the different characters, the skins have some things in common. In addition to the three FPX colours black, gold and red, other prominent features are also shared. All five champions have masks on, and flames break out of their outfits.

But the highlight of the world champion skins are of course the individualized “recall” animations. The players have come up with some creative gimmicks. Kim “Gimgoon” unpacks Han-saem’s Gangplank desk including PC, while Liu “Crisp” plays Qing-Songs Thresh piano on hands.

How do you like the special editions? Star midlaner Kim “Doinb” Tae-sang celebrated his personal skin in any case:
