The last week of April 2026 is firing on all cylinders, bringing several absolute heavyweights straight to your home hard drives!

Whether you want to hack your way through hordes of demons in the latest DLC chapter of an acclaimed action RPG or finally experience a true strategy legend again after years of waiting, one highlight follows another on Steam these days—and we’re introducing them to you, just like every Monday.

Highlight of the Week: Diablo 4: Lord of Hatred

(Genre: Action RPG – Developer: Blizzard Entertainment – Release: April 28, 2026 (Steam)

The second major expansion, Lord of Hatred, seamlessly continues the dark story of Diablo 4 and sends you to the Skovos Islands, where the eponymous Mephisto is already pulling the strings.

In terms of gameplay, you can look forward to a completely new campaign that not only takes the narrative to the next level but also adds two new classes to the roster: the Paladin and the Warlock.

Blizzard is also introducing sweeping changes to the game designed to significantly enhance the endgame and long-term engagement—including a higher level cap, the return of the Horadrim Cube, Talismans, and a completely revamped gem system.

Find out how good the expansion ultimately turned out in our review, and tonight we’ll also be covering the release with a live ticker!
