In the new title FIFA 22 it is possible for the first time to create a female character in the Pro Clubs mode.

More diversity in the game! In the upcoming FIFA 22 there will be the option to create female professional players as characters for the Pro-Clubs mode. This is shown in a video by developer Electronic Arts, which was published on Tuesday.

Pro Clubs is one of the most popular online modes in FIFA after FIFA Ultimate Team (FUT). Players can create their own virtual professional and play a certain position in the team in 11v11 matches. Until now, there was only the possibility to create male characters. This changes now with FIFA 22.

Developer EA says it is trying to make FIFA 22 as inclusive as possible. The latest title also brings a female commentator into the game for the first time with Alex Scott. Whether female football clubs such as the FA Women’s Super League will be implemented this time is still unknown.
Women’s football was first introduced in the game in FIFA 16 and has been in the series’ repertoire ever since. With the addition in the Pro Clubs mode in FIFA 22, leveling possibilities in the form of Perks and associated skill tree will also be added.
