Wednesday is bargain day for us and, as always, we’ve put together a few highlights from various genres for you

Everyone’s in Fallout fever, so the discounts on Steam for the games in the series are naturally going with them. But there’s also plenty to discover in the offers beyond the popular post-apocalypse. We have picked out the guaranteed non-radioactively contaminated raisins for you.

Highlight of the week: Fallout 4

(Genre: Role-playing game – Release: November 11, 2015 – Price: 5 Euro (reduced by 75 percent, valid until April 19))

At the moment, Fallout fans can hardly stop beaming. If you haven’t yet been contaminated by the series, then Fallout 4 might be a good place to start. After all,83 percent of Steam users rate their trip through the role-playing game as positive. It’s even doubly worth getting started, because the big Next Gen Update will be released on April 25, which will also provide some improvements on the PC.

In Fallout 4, you crawl as the sole survivor of Vault 111 into the contaminated open world of the wasteland to rebuild civilization. In Fallout, this usually happens MacGyver-style. Not only do you craft new weapons and equipment from collected scrap and other resources, but you can also build your own houses and even entire settlements at certain locations in the world

Bethesda’s well-known SPECIAL character system allows you to level up your attributes and gain new perks to customize your character.

If you want to know more about Fallout 4, we can recommend our detailed test. If you still need help deciding: In our community survey the game landed in 2nd place among the most popular parts of the series. First place went to Fallout: New Vegas, which is also reduced by 75 percent to 3 Euro until April 19.
