This year, the long-established eSports company Team SoloMid, or TSM for short, announced its withdrawal from the North American LCS and League of Legends. Now comes the dissolution of its own Dota 2 team

While the Mid-Season Invitational in League of Legends was held in London in the middle of the year, TSM announced that it would be withdrawing from the LCS and starting anew in another region. However, it is not yet known where and when TSM will return to Riot Games’ popular MOBA.

In line with this, the US eSports organization has now announced its intention to withdraw from the world of Dota 2 for the time being. TSM announced via X.com that it had parted ways with the existing roster with immediate effect. They thanked us for the great cooperation and wanted to announce new information about Dota 2 as soon as possible – just not in the NA region. At least that’s what the last sentence and the general imagery suggest

Back to Team Undying

However, the current TSM roster will not be completely disbanded. Instead, four out of five players will now be part of Tag Team Undying and will compete with them at ESL One Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia. The line-up had previously qualified for the major event in Southeast Asia almost without any problems during the NA Qualifier. The tournament offers prize money totaling one million US dollars and will take place in the Malaysian capital from December 11 to 17.
