The small developer studio TeamKill Media is pursuing big goals with its debut game Quantum Error. In an interview with Gamingbolt, the co-founder talks about the game’s development and future plans.

Whatever is lurking in the Monad Quantum Research Facility, it seems too big for one person to handle. This fact was suggested to us not only by the previously released footage of the game. Micah Jones, the co-founder of TeamKill Media, also explains that this is the intention behind Quantum Error. It’s not for nothing that the upcoming title falls into the genre of cosmic horror, where we end up being left with more questions than answers.

However, these loose ends could be picked up again in subsequent games. For Jones explains that Quantum Error marks only the first part of a three-part series, of which Parts 2 and 3 are already written.

In addition, there is already a DLC plan for the post-launch phase of Quantum Error. But the developers haven’t fleshed it out yet, because on the one hand they are busy with the development for the Xbox and PC version. At the same time, they make the DLC development dependent on community feedback. If the fan community doesn’t want an expansion, there won’t be one.

Quantum Error invites with a playtime between 14 and 20 hours to an extensive horror game. Who does not want to miss the cosmic horror, can the game from the 3. November for the PlayStation 5 appears. At a yet to be announced date, releases for PC and Xbox Series X|S are to follow.
