With the new patch 5.08, Harbor is finally available on the live servers. We took a closer look at the kit of the new agent.
Under the name Harbor, Valorant is releasing the twentieth agent for the character-based 5v5 tactical shooter from Riot Games. With its abilities, the new combatant joins Astra, Brimstone, Omen and Viper in the controller realm.
Harbor: All Abilities
As of yesterday, the new content with the third act of the fifth episode is finally live on the servers for all to enjoy. The Agent Kit Harbor from classically consists of three abilities and one Ultimate:
Flood (E)
By pressing the E button, a metre-high, long wall of water is created. Similar to those of Viper and Phoenix, this completely blocks the view of everything behind the masses of water. Players who are hit by the wall are slowed down. The mouse can also be used to direct the flood into a curve.
When “Bay” is triggered, Harbor fires a ball of water forward that creates a water shield on contact with the ground. Players can seek shelter in this area as the circular skill intercepts bullets and other projectiles.

Waterfall (C)
By pressing C, the player can create a large wave and send it forward. Pressing it again stops the wave and it remains in its current position for a short time. Identical to “flood”, the boundary blocks the view. Characters who can no longer escape the waterfall in time are slowed down.
Gissung (X)
With Harbor’s Ultimate, you create a powerful artefact. When fired, it creates a geyser pool on the ground in a wide radius. If enemies are within the radius of effect, they are hit and stunned by jets of water shooting out of the ground.
In summary, the kit of the new agent primarily serves one purpose: to generate space. With Flood and Waterfall, it is possible to support quick attacks with lots of card control. With the ultimate ability, Gissung, which bears great resemblance to Killjoy’s “Lockdown”, enemies can be temporarily driven away from objective points.
Valorant Act III/ Fifth Episode: Battle Pass and ION Kit
With the new act also comes a new Battle-Pass into the game. In it, new sprays, weapons and other cosmetics can be unlocked. Furthermore, with the release of 5.08, the popular ION weapon kit will also be back in the shop.
