After the release of Season 2, Battlefield 2042 continues with the Liquidators Event. This runs from 11 to 25 October 2022 and brings new skins for weapons and specialists, a temporary infantry game mode, as well as smaller maps to the game.
In the trailer we see the eponymous Liquidators, a mercenary special unit, which also includes the new cosmetic objects. Initial reactions to the trailer are positive after the content of Season 2 was well received by the community.
