It feels like every week we receive news about the release of video games being postponed. However, the fact that a title is released earlier than planned is rather rare. This is the case with Xenoblade Chronicles 3. Nintendo announced this afternoon that the third part of the series would be released in the summer.

In the Nintendo Direct, the title was announced for September. Now Nintendo has made the hearts of many fans beat faster and announced that Xenoblade Chronicles 3 will be released on 29 July for the Nintendo Switch. At the same time, the publisher released a new trailer that offers further insights into the game’s combat mechanics.

In combat situations, you can use the combined powers of up to seven heroes. Both the six heroes in your party and an additional companion can combine their powers to confront their enemies. In order to be able to react individually to the given situations, you can change the classes of your heroes.

Last but not least, in Xenoblade Chronicles 3, heroes can be split into teams of two who can combine their powers and become an Ouroboros. However, this powerful attack cannot be used too often in battle. So use it wisely.

Xenoblade Chronicles can be pre-ordered now for a price of just under 60 euros in the (Nintendo eShop). More action-packed Switch gameplay awaits you in Evil Dead: The Game.
