Valorant Mobile’s development might be further along than we thought, a leak now shows first images.
After the announcement of Warzone Mobile and Rainbow Six Siege Mobile, the next big first-person shooter is following suit. With Valorant Mobile, Riot Games wants to conquer the mobile phone market.
Leaker Danny Intel is considered a reliable source of red-hot insider info in the gaming scene. Now he has presented a tidbit to both the Valorant and mobile communities alike. On his Twitter account, he published the first images of the mobile port of Valorant. He also announced that the first tests of Valorant Mobile had begun in China.

In addition to the loading, agent selection and menu screen, a screenshot from a match can also be seen in the five pictures. A direction joystick and a fire button on the left edge of the screen are clearly visible. The buttons for agent abilities, jumping, crouching and sneaking as well as a second fire button are located on the right half of the screen.
The font on the leaked images is entirely in Mandarin. This speaks to Danny Intel’s statement that this early version of Valorant Mobile is being tested in China. Not surprising, since Riot Games has been wholly owned by the Chinese conglomerate Tencent since 2015. Riot Games has yet to announce a release date, but development seems to be in full swing.
