Real-time strategy like in the best times of Command & Conquer: With first gameplay scenes and cutscenes, Crossfire: Legion celebrates an impressive video debut. But can the new RTS title really match Generals as one of the most popular genre classics with a modern military setting?

With the developers of Homeworld 3 (Blackbird Interactive), publisher Prime Matter has definitely not brought amateurs on board to add strategic elements to the Crossfire universe, which has so far only been explored in multiplayer shooters. Crossfire: Legion is scheduled for release as early as spring 2022, with the start of a technical alpha test imminent.

Crossfire: Legion will not be released immediately, but will first collect feedback from players in Early Access. For this purpose, the developers are offering two PvP maps on which you can compete against each other in 1v1 or 3v3. Two of the game’s three factions will be selectable. A single-player campaign will follow later on.
