Popular LoL shooter Jinx is set to make her entrance into Fortnite tonight as a skin. Along with the event, Riot Games’ games will become available on the Epic Games Store for the first time

As the first League of Legends champion, Jinx will show up in a non-Riot Games game on the night of November 5. The collaboration between the game developer and Epic Games brings the blue-haired shooter to the Battle Royale Fortnite as a skin. And she’s not coming alone: a number of themed items are available in the store as part of the event.

LoL champion Jinx shows up for the launch of Riot Games’ LoL series Arcane not only on the big screen, but also in Fortnite. For her Battle Royale debut, the shooter even brings her own set of weapons and accessories to give gamers a piece of LoL atmosphere:

  • Peng-Peng”-crusher”-pickaxe”-jinxed”-spray motif
  • “Jinxed” dream monkey back accessory
  • “Playground” lobby music (instrumental)
  • Create havoc”-loading screen
  • Bang!”-loading screen

The LoL champion’s guest appearance isn’t the only special making its way into Fortnite for the Arcane launch, however. Other Riot Games games are also receiving increased attention for the event and will be available on the Epic Games Store for the first time. This includes VALORANT, Legends of Runeterra, Teamfight Tactics and of course League of Legends itself.

Jinx, as well as her set of items and accessories, will be available in Fortnite on Friday night starting at the stroke of midnight.

Report of November 2:

Fortnite leaker ShiinaBr on Saturday teased a crossover of the Battle Royale with MOBA League of Legends. Reportedly, one of the main characters will also appear in Fortnite in the wake of Riot Games’ new Netflix series Arcane: The maniacal, blue-haired gun lover Jinx.

According to ShiibaBR, the collab is coming later this week. However, there has been no official confirmation from Riot Games and Epic Games themselves yet. The animated series Arcane starts next Saturday on Netflix. There may also be more information about the crossover with Fortnite then.

What exactly the Jinx skin will look like in the game is still unknown. Artist:in Shanyshdw already shared his own concept on Friday, featuring Jinx dancing to various Fortnite emotes.

Epic Games has collaborated with various development studios for crossovers several times in the past. For example, there are skins for Street Fighter characters, Lara Croft from Tomb Raider or the God of War Kratos. Whether Jinx will actually jump off the Battle Bus soon remains to be seen. Perhaps she will bring her sister Vi with her, who will also play a leading role in Arcane.
