A new story trailer for Far Cry 6 reveals just how megalomaniac the villain Castillo really is: he wants to build a paradise on earth on the island of Yara where the cure for cancer is cultivated. In doing so, he literally walks over dead bodies – without showing a hint of remorse.
Portagonist Dani gets caught between the grindstones of the various factions and joins a rebellion fraught with danger. Castillo’s young son, who has not yet become as ruthless as his father – but is expected to follow in his footsteps – will also play a central role.
Far Cry 6 will be released on 7 October 2021 for PC (Uplay and Epic), PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S.
