League of Legends will become a Netflix series in 2021. The story revolves around the sisters Vi and Jinx, known from the MOBA, who are known to have a rather explosive relationship. The confirmed locations so far are the city of Piltover and the underworld of Zaun, two places that LoL players might already be familiar with from the lore.
In general, the animated series is aimed primarily at viewers who have at least a basic knowledge of the world of Runeterra. There is no exact release date yet, but Arcane is scheduled for release on Netflix in the fall of 2021.
