Vertigo Games and Carbon Studio today released The Wizards – Dark Times: Brotherhood on PS VR2 for PlayStation VR players, following its release on Steam, Meta Quest and Viveport. Available now, The Wizards – Dark Times: Brotherhood combines the remastered main game with the free Brotherhood update, a co-op adventure that invites three friends to travel the magical realms of Meliora together. In addition, the magic will be further expanded in Q1 2024 with cross-play co-op support between PS VR2, Steam and Oculus Rift. Support for Meta Quest and Viveport will follow later in the quarter
The remastered version of The Wizards: Dark Times includes:
- Beautifully rendered enchanting graphics for all platforms
- All-new interactions for an even richer fantasy experience: climb rocks, ride trolls, chase a wagon, and more
- More variety in gameplay with additional unique spells and new enemy variants
- Optimized spell controls for more usability and better accuracy
The new Brotherhood update brings:
- Co-op support: With a Brotherhood of three players, each with their own skill tree (Fire, Frost and Storm)
- A completely new co-op campaign with new objectives and challenges that lead through new magical lands
The Wizards – Dark Times: Brotherhood is now available at €24.99 for PlayStation VR2 available. The Brotherhood update is free for all owners of the main game.
