New on Steam: The most wanted game on Steam comes out this week

Follow US

An exciting week awaits as a hotly anticipated game is released on Steam every day.

After last week looked a little lean on Steam, we’re back in full swing this week with a whole handful of big releases waiting for you!

Among others, the most wanted game on Steam will be released with Party Animals . Which other highlights are released this week, you can find out, as every Monday, in our overview of the new releases on Steam.

The highlights of the week

Lies of P

(Genre: Soulslike – Developer: Recreate – Release: September 18 (Steam)

In Lies of P you’ll dive into a thrilling Soulslike adventure that takes the story of Pinocchio and sets it against the backdrop of the dark elegance of the Belle Epoque. For us, the best Bloodborne alternative for the PC!

Mortal Kombat 1

(Genre: Fighting Game – Developer: Recreate – Release: September 19 (Steam)

Mortal Kombat 1 is a reboot of the Mortal Kombat series: in the new era, a new universe including an elaborately staged story, a new combat system and, of course, heaps of infamous Fatalitys await.

Party Animals

(Genre: Brawler – Developer: Recreate – Release: September 20 (Steam)

In Party Animals cute animals fight each other senseless in really funny arena battles. Thanks to the fantastic physics engine, one absurd situation follows the next here. In our test, Party Animals even scored better than Starfield!

Payday 3

(Genre: Co-op Shooter – Developer: Recreate – Release: September 21 (Steam)

Payday 2 is still considered one of the most popular co-op games of all time, with Payday 3 the shooter series is finally continued. You can expect again numerous different raids and dozens of different weapons and upgrades, which you can buy with the captured money.
