In Halo Infinite, the Master Chief comes up against the Banished, a particularly aggressive faction of the Alliance that has landed on Zeta Halo and defeated much of the UNSC forces. Their leader is Escharum, who apparently has a bone to pick with the Master Chief and who is believed to be one of the game’s top mooks.
Halo Infinite will be released on December 8, 2021 for Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One and PC.
