Five million units sold, nearly 100,000 Steam reviews: The survival game Enshrouded from German studio Keen Games is a massive success. For about two and a half years, the game has been actively developed in Early Access on Steam. After numerous major updates, Enshrouded is now finally ready for its official release. A new trailer announces that Version 1.0 will be released on October 15, 2026. At the same time, the survival game—which has been PC-exclusive until now—is set to launch on the PlayStation 5. Xbox players, however, will have to wait until 2027.
