In Cataclismo, you can build your castle from the ground up with a freedom that is hard to find in any other city-building game. Even Stronghold gets a little jealous! However, Cataclismo is not set in the real Middle Ages either, but in a fantasy world. As the story unfolds, you must protect this world from a great threat that materializes in the form of crawling, pale monsters. Of course, these monsters want to get at your brave inhabitants, and to prevent that from happening, you need massive walls.
The city-building game has been available on Steam since July 2024 and is currently still in early access. The new trailer reveals when the full version will be released: on March 20, 2025. But Cataclismo is already well received by many people. On Steam, it has 91 percent positive ratings. In the early access test, we awarded a rating trend of 73 to 83 points.
