Love sneaking around in games and slipping through the shadows unseen? Then the current sale on GOG might be just the thing for you

Pssst, come closer. But be quiet! No one must see or hear you. Please approach this article very carefully, step by step. If necessary, press the quicksave button

Very good, you made it without being discovered! Why all the semi-good puns? Because GOG has started a stealth sale.

As a reward, we are now giving you 11 well-hidden recommendations from us. Because we want to make sure that you are provided with maximum gaming fun.

Exciting offers from the Shadow Lurker Sale at GOG

First the important info: The sale runs until April 11 at 09:59 German time. So you don’t have to rush, but can browse through the offers at your leisure,

It’s hard for us to choose a highlight, so we’ll treat all the recommendations we find the same and list them for you as a short description, including price and link to the offer:

  • Shadow Tactics (Anniversary Bundle): This Gold Award-winning tactics game relies heavily on stealth. If you don’t proceed carefully and plan your next steps, you will quickly see the game-over screen. Includes the main game and the DLC Aiko’s Choice. (7 Euroreduced by 90 percent)
  • Deus Ex (GOTY-Edition): It’s cult, it’s fantastic, it’s Deus Ex. The first part of the legendary role-playing game series gives you the choice of how to proceed. If you don’t want to shoot, you can sneak just as well. Still top-notch gameplay despite the old technology! (1 Euroreduced by 83 percent)
  • Prey (2017): The sci-fi adventure from Arkane Studios can also be tackled in several ways. However, given the really tough aliens that will kill you in no time at all, sneaking is probably the best choice. If you like, you can also purchase the Deluxe Edition with the Mooncrash DLC for five euros more from GOG, but the main game is already more than enough entertainment. (6 Euroreduced by 80 percent)

  • Dishonored (Definitive Edition): Why don’t we recommend the technically more modern Dishonored 2? Because the Definitive Edition of the first game also includes all the DLCs, and in our opinion these make the title a more rounded experience in terms of gameplay and narrative. But don’t worry, the sequel is also discounted if you like it! (5 Euroreduced by 75 percent)
  • Hitman: Blood Money: Before IO Interactive reinvented the assassin sandbox with the modern trilogy, Blood Money proved that Agent 47 was already one of the absolute stealth kings back then. (2 Euroreduced by 80 percent)
  • Thief 3: Deadly Shadows: The first two games featuring master thief Garrett are unfortunately very outdated technically. The third part from 2004, on the other hand, is still great fun today and still looks passable considering its age. We therefore give it a clear recommendation, and you don’t need any previous knowledge. (1 Euroreduced by 86 percent)
  • Outlast: We also have the right sale offer for horror fans. In Outlast, you visit a mental hospital. But not as a patient, but as a journalist who is there with his camera to investigate. But don’t worry: once you’ve played through Outlast, you’ll probably be ready to be admitted there. (3 Euroreduced by 85 percent)

  • Sniper: Ghost Warrior 3 (Gold Edition): And we won’t let shooter virtuosos down either. Equipped with a sniper rifle, you go on a sneaking tour across the globe. If you’re not careful, you won’t even get to pull the trigger. The offer includes all DLCs. (4 Euroreduced by 85 percent)
  • Batman: Arkham Asylum (GOTY Edition): Sure, you can also sneak around as the iconic bat superhero in the sequels Arkham City and Arkham Knight. But it’s in the almost claustrophobic insane asylum Arkham Asylum that the game of hide-and-seek makes our nerves flutter the most. (4 Euroreduced by 80 percent)
  • Thief Simulator: Did you really think that a sale item for stealth games could do without a genuine burglar simulator? No, it can’t! So here’s a recommendation for all those who have not yet decided on a career or want to reorient themselves. (2 Euroreduced by 90 percent)
  • Styx: Master of Shadows: A regular guest with us when we recommend sneaky games. Why? Because the very atmospheric debut game by the cheeky goblin may not be free of gameplay flaws, but it still gets a lot right and, above all, is a lot of fun. (2 Euroreduced by 90 percent)

You want to save even more? You can! Because Steam also has some very good games on offer at the moment. You can find out exactly which ones by following the link in the box above.
