The first Player-of-the-Month title in the Spanish league goes to the Frenchman from Real Madrid. But Karim Benzema has his price.
The first Player of the Month (POTM) has been released and the Spanish league is no exception. The outstanding Karim Benzema is the first to have the honour of receiving a special card of his own. The Real Madrid striker can score with an upgrade from 89 to 91, which has also improved many important stats.
Compared to his normal gold card, the POTM version of Benzema is faster and more agile. In addition, a small plus in the stamina category also does him good.
In terms of price, Benzema’s card is around 140,000 coins. For a fraction of the price, however, you can get hold of a Robert Lewandowski, who has almost identical stats and attributes.

It’s difficult to assess whether it’s worth releasing a Player-of-the-Month so early in FIFA 22 Ultimate Team. If you need a beefy striker with strong stats, Benzema could be the right choice for you.
