A leak reveals the new Gulag on Vondel and takes the Warzone community back to the good old days on Verdansk.
With Season 4 not only some drastic changes to the Battle Royale and the two new shooting irons ISO 45 and Tempus Razorback in Warzone 2 were introduced, but also directly a completely new map.
At the moment, the map based on Amsterdam Vondel is only playable in Resurgence and DMZ mode and therefore does not have a Gulag yet. As a first video shows, however, this is soon to change.
Verdansk sends its regards
The new map Vondel has been extremely well received by the community and has enjoyed great popularity since its release. However, since it is not yet playable in the regular Battle Royale mode, there has not yet been a Gulag.
But as a video shared on Reddit now shows, fortunately that should soon change.

The brand new Gulag on Vondel is located in a kind of wine cellar and makes us reminisce because of its layout. The reason for this is the close resemblance to the popular Shower Gulag from Verdansk, which has legendary status among CoD veterans.
The first Gulag in Warzone history is associated with special moments for a large part of the community and therefore makes many nostalgic.
That’s all I want; no fancy gimmicks, just doors and corners.
Looks a bit like the shower room in Verdansk prison as they both have the same layout.
However, we have to be patient for a bit until we are allowed to fight for our re-entry on the map with the classic layout in 1 vs 1.
It is currently assumed that the release of the new Gulag is planned for the Season 4 Reloaded update According to initial speculations, this is to be released around 27 July
