The fourth Season 4 in Warzone is already in the starting blocks. We tell you everything you need to know before it starts on 22 June.

After the Reveal on 8 June, all eyes were on Modern Warfare 2 and news about Season 4 of Warzone almost got lost. We therefore tell you what to expect.

What’s inside?

In Warzone, the next big update is imminent. The fourth season of the Battle Royale shooter is to be released on 22 June and so far the developers are keeping surprisingly quiet about the content. However, it can be assumed that after the King Kong and Godzilla event of Season 3, which generated extremely mixed feedback in the community, Season 4 will be more traditional again and focus on the core elements of the game.

Because Raven Software has hidden Season 4’s content better than Blizzard hid its conscience when developing Diablo Immor(t)al, little information is leaking out. What we do know, however, is that a new map awaits at the start of Season 4. Fortune’s Keep will either come into the rotation with Rebirth Island or replace it completely. The latter would probably cause a shitstorm, as Rebirth Island is now extremely popular within the community.

“Huge Map Changes “

As reported by CoD leaker TheGhostOfHope, Caldera is in for some big changes for Season 4. According to him, the developers are “going nuts right now over the huge changes to Caldera”. He also confirmed the release of the new map Fortune’s Keep for the start of Season 4.

Although we don’t have more confirmed information on Season 4 yet, it can be assumed that there will also be new weapons, blueprints, cosmetic items and operators as usual with a new Season. Currently, we also assume that there will be a preload of the update. With 43 GB, the last season was relatively large even by Warzone standards. Whether the line will be red-hot this time as well will probably become clear on 22 June at the latest.

We will update this article regularly, so keep an eye on it for further announcements and information on Season 4.
