A player had to unexpectedly abort an attack in Battlefield 6. The reason for this was a flying leaf.

Like many others, American shooter streamer FaZe Scope is a big fan of the attention to detail in Battlefield 6. In a recently published clip on YouTubeX and others, he shows how this proved to be his undoing in one round. A flying leaf caused him to break off an attack.

Come on, do it without the visor

FaZe Scope is known for using sniper rifles. He also relies on his favorite weapon class in the current Battlefield. The uploaded clip shows him standing behind a small gravel wall and firing several shots. But then comes the big surprise: suddenly everything turns brown and he can’t see anything anymore. So he quickly ducks back into cover, but what happened?

A leaf has been blown onto his visor by the wind, blocking his view. It’s not entirely clear whether the physics of the leaves are calculated so precisely that something like this is possible, or whether it’s a deliberately developed event that occurs in extremely rare cases. Either way, it’s a really surprising and funny detail.

The community loves it

The FaZe Scope community is thrilled. YouTube user  jay_722  writes: This is the third time I’ve seen this clip today, and it still hasn’t gotten old.

On X, someone writesWhen in-game physics become too real.  On YouTube, user Kil4Gaming comments on YouTube:  That’s honestly impressive. A leaf is stuck to the front of the visor. You can’t even be angry about that.

Some users on YouTube are making fun of the accident. For example, Umbra-n5i writes:  The paper said: Come on, do it without a visor.  Also, ShatteredPsychosis jokes: God said their time wasn’t right yet and sent a leaf of confusion.

While Battlefield 6 is currently upsetting many players with controversial decisions, events like this are particularly heartwarming. If you want to know why the mood in the community is tense right now, check out the link box above. There, we explain the situation and list six points that urgently need to be changed.
