A newly released patch expands the historical tank simulation with U.S. vehicles and sends you into the freezing battle for Bastogne.
During the THQ Nordic Showcase, it was announced that a new Early Access content update for Call to Arms: Panzer Elite is now available.
The update introduces two new U.S. tanks to the game: the M18 Hellcat and the M24 Chaffee.
Two additional campaign missions are also available. In the mission “Le Mesnil-Adelée,” you’ll take command of the German counteroffensive, which began on August 7, 1944, as part of the historic Operation Liège. At the same time, you’ll take part in the infamous Battle of Bastogne as part of the Battle of the Bulge. Here, you’ll fight your way through frozen fields to push U.S. troops back out of the sector.
Campaign Finale and Future Roadmap
“Even though this update marks the grand finale of the German campaign, our work on Call to Arms: Panzer Elite is far from over,” the developers say. “We have a lot planned for the future and will soon be sharing an updated development roadmap with you!”

Technical Foundation and Historical Setting
The tank simulation is based on Unreal Engine 5 and was unveiled last year. The title’s Early Access began in 2025.
“As the commander of a German tank battalion during the brutal summer of 1944, you’ll face the combined might of Allied forces, which are advancing inexorably after their landing in Normandy,” the official description stated at the time.
“Your mission in the campaign: organize defenses, launch counterattacks, and maneuver through the war-torn hinterland of Normandy—in a game that combines historical authenticity with tactical depth.”
