The confusion surrounding Rafi Silver, Justin Theroux, and Robert House has long since been resolved by the Fallout series. Now, a character has been affectionately christened “Bobby Apartment” by the community.
The cat is out of the bag! After weeks of speculation, the Fallout series has now confirmed that Justin Theroux plays the real Robert House and Rafi Silver (who already appeared in season 1) is only
a double.
For the Fallout canon, this means that the real Mr. House has had an impersonator in front of the cameras for at least ten years, while keeping himself in the background. This allowed him, for example, to conduct cruel experiments unobserved or ambush a Hollywood star (Walton Goggins as Cooper Howard) in the bathroom.& nbsp;Things that eccentric billionaires just do.
The revelation has naturally sparked a wave of different reactions and emotions among fans. But rarely has a community been so unanimous on one point as the following: What name Rafi Silver’s non-Robert House will now be christened with.
According to Fallout fans, Rafi Silver’s character is now officially
called Bobby Apartment
Since the revelation that Justin Theroux is the real Mr. House, Rafi Silver’s character has been affectionately dubbed Bobby Apartment. We probably don’t need to explain the obvious joke, but just in case: Bobby is a common abbreviation for Robert in the US, while Silver’s character can’t quite afford a house, but at least an apartment.
As you can probably imagine, the gag has become a real insider meme in recent days. And even Rafi Silver himself got wind of it, giving his new nickname his blessing on social media. This was, of course, recorded with great joy by the community.
But it gets even better, because Bobby Apartment also received the accolade from the official Fallout account:

The fans are delighted! And Amazon’s Fallout PR team probably is too. It’s great when an innocent and well-intentioned community joke gains so much traction and the actor in question even gets involved. And now viewers also feel seen and respected when their ideas and memes receive this kind of response.
