Doesn’t everything get better with dinosaurs? At least when it comes to medieval building strategy, the developers of Dinolords believe it can use a touch of prehistoric lizards.

Here, you do everything you know from games like Stronghold, Age of Empires, or Manor Lords: build medieval cities and castles, gather and produce resources, and raise armies—just with a little something extra. Together with various dinosaurs, you build your kingdom and engage in real-time battles.

Strategy games like this are far too rare: Dinolords is that good to play

How did the dinosaurs get there? Dino eggs were found in a glacier near Greenland and hatched, not only to help with the building settlements, but also to fight alongside the Danish king in the war against England. Well, that settles that.

Dinolords is currently still in the closed alpha phase. You can on Steam  . If that doesn’t work, you’ll have to wait a little longer until Dinolords launches in open early access.
