With the first season of the new MOBA, there is also a Premium Battle Pass in addition to the normal Battle Pass. Find out how much it costs, what it includes and whether it’s worth it in the end here.

The long-awaited MOBA from Nintendo has finally been released. Even though the game itself is free-to-play, Pokémon Unite offers a Premium Battle Pass in addition to the normal Battle Pass. The standard version can be purchased in the shop for 490 gems, the equivalent of just under 8.99 euros. The premium version can be purchased for 840 gems.

The Premium Battle Pass offers many clothing items compared to the free version. These include, for example, a green turtleneck jumper at level 36 or Pikachu shoes from level 80. An absolute highlight is also the exclusive Captain-style holowear for Cinderace, which awaits at the last level (90).

Besides these cosmetic features for your trainer, the Premium Battle Pass also offers serious boosts for your Pokémon: With the help of the numerous Aeos Tickets, you can buy important items for your Pokémon. On the other hand, you can boost these items with one of the 60 rare item boosters included in the pass.Even if the cosmetic content of the Premium Battle Pass is a matter of taste, there’s no denying the in-game benefits of buying the pass. In addition, TiMi Studios is offering players twice as many gems on their first purchase, which at least makes the Premium Battle Pass seem affordable for the first season.
