Unsurprisingly, Paradox Interactive has announced Europa Universalis 5 after more than a year of detailed developer diaries about “Project Caesar.” However, the trailer does not reveal a release date or show any gameplay.

Europa Universalis 5 is actually even more complex than its predecessor. The title comes from Paradox Studio Tinto in Spain and is their first work. Previously, the studio, which was rebuilt in 2020, had only made DLCs for the predecessor.
