It was a bold project, but the new Fallout series has been showered with praise and has won over fans and critics alike

As of April 11, the new Fallout series is finally available on Amazon Prime and is immediately winning praise from all sides. Until recently, many Fallout fans and critics were skeptical as to whether Amazon could manage the balancing act between game and series, but as it turns out, they could.

Praise from all sides

The Fallout series is finally here and is enjoying fantastic reviews from fans and critics alike. As usual with Prime, all episodes are available simultaneously at the start of the new series and are currently sending the net into euphoria

On rottentomatoes.com, one of the largest and most important rating portals for films and series, Fallout has a score of 93% from the critics, even if the audience is just below this at 85% this is still a fantastic rating for such a daring project.

Also on IMDB.com the series, which was directed by Jonathan Nolan, the younger brother of Christopher Nolan, with an overall rating of 8.7 out of 10 stars can be chalked up as a great success.

The US online gaming magazine IGN also awarded a 9 out of 10 and called the Fallout series one of the best video game adaptations of all time, which even amazed Fallout creator and Bethesda game director Todd Howard.

It should be a welcome change, especially for gamers who have often been punished with rather poor game adaptations and series in the past.

The series is not just a highlight for gamers and you generally don’t need to have played the post-apocalyptic game series to enjoy it. Unfortunately, Todd Howard dashed hopes of a The Elder Scrolls series, saying that there are no plans for such a project as yet
