For a glowing weapon skin you have to fork out almost 60 euros. But you definitely shouldn’t do that, you’ll put yourself at a real disadvantage

Some fans are prepared to spend a lot of money to make their virtual weapons look special. But you definitely shouldn’t buy this skin in Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 unless the developers change it. Because it messes up your view and sometimes makes aiming completely impossible

Pink glare

It’s about an exclusive camo for the multiplayer shooter that you can only get if you buy a real shoulder bag in the (Call-of-Duty-Shop) store. It costs 57 euros and bears the logo of Task Force 141. It is currently sold out and there is no indication in the store if and when it will be restocked.

The skin “Royalty Tiger”  glows white and pink and that’s where the problem lies: it’s extremely bright. So much so that it makes aiming massively more difficult, in dark corridors you can no longer see anything when you stick it on your weapon. You can see this for yourself in this clip:

How much money do you spend on skins in games? Do you find the combination of a real shoulder bag and in-game cosmetics interesting or does it generally leave you completely cold? And do you think Call of Duty has a fundamental problem with skins that are too light or too dark? Let us know what you think
