A bug that ruined heaps of games has been fixed – but too late and not in the way fans wanted it to be fixed.
About a month ago, the FIFA successor EA Sports FC 24 was released – and since the release, there was a really nasty bug that has only now been fixed. The developers have taken measures that many players do not like at all.
There’s a ball stuck to your foot
What was that bug? The glitch caused the ball to literally stick to your foot or hand. With the ball on their foot, players could then simply run into the opponent’s penalty area or even into the goal without the opponent being able to take the ball from them.

How EA fixed the bug: Although the exploit had been in the game since release, it wasn’t until the video embedded above that most players became aware of it.
(The developers responded promptly). However, instead of actually fixing the bug, the Trickster+ playstyle was temporarily removed from all Ultimate Team player cards. With this talent, some pros were able to perform a skill move that triggered the bug
In order to prevent this issue from occurring, we have temporarily removed the Trickster+ PlayStyle from Ultimate Team Player Items, they now have Trickster instead. Once this issue has been addressed in a future Title Update, we’ll be looking to add Trickster+ back to applicable…
