NACON, Studio Teyon and Metro Goldwyn Mayer have announced that there will be an open beta for RoboCop: Rogue City on Steam as early as the beginning of July. Participants can look forward to some bonuses.

With RoboCop: Rogue City, Studio Teyon and NACON are digging deep into the rummage box of the 80s and dusting off a unique action hero. In RoboCop: Rogue City, he plays the iconic police officer who, as a human machine, brings justice to the streets of Old Detroit. Equipped with an Auto-9 and numerous tools, it is up to you to pursue the crime. In doing so, you decide for yourself the extent to which you follow the prime directives. But be careful, because the corruption and greed of the upper powers know no bounds.

Those who want a first look at the gameplay of RoboCop: Rogue City can try out the open beta on Steam between 3 and 9 July. All participants will receive a key with which they can access the digital artbook. They will also receive a 30 per cent promo code that can be used on “a selection of products”. The shooter is scheduled for release at an as-yet unannounced date in September.
