Riot Games has finally revealed the new VALORANT agent Deadlock. Check out this article for all the information about her abilities and release.
The new VALORANT agent Deadlock was revealed at VCT Masters Tokyo. She is a cunning sentinel and her abilities are particularly designed to restrict the movements of her opponents with her special nano-technology.

Deadlock – Origin and Appearance
Deadlock hails from Norway and disrupts her opponents with her high-tech nano equipment.

C – GravNet Grenade
With her C, Deadlock throws her GravNet Grenade, which detonates on impact, forcing her opponents to duck and move slowly.
E – Grid Barrier
Deadlock equips a Lattice Barrier with her E, which creates barriers from the point of origin that restrict the movement of her opponents.
Q – Sound sensor
With her Q, Deadlock can set up a Sound Sensor that incapacitates enemies in the area of effect as soon as gunshots, footsteps or other sounds are detected.
X – Annihilation
Deadlock’s Ultimate equips a Nanowire Accelerator that traps the first enemy hit in a cocoon. The hit enemy is then pulled towards you along the wire and dies when it reaches the end.
However, other opponents can destroy the cocoon to save their teammate from death.
Deadlock Equipment – You will receive these items along with the new Agent
Once Deadlock is unlocked in-game, the Agent Recruitment Contract will be activated for all players. During this event, you will not only unlock the agent, but you will also receive a lot of loot when you unlock Deadlock.
This includes a total of 3 sprays, two banners, two titles, a Gunbuddy and a skin for the Classic.
When can you play Deadlock?
Deadlock will be unlocked in-game just in time for the launch of Episode 7 on 27 June. After you have completed the recruitment event, you can try out the new agent directly.
