Volition and Deep Silver have unveiled the first DLC of Saints Row at the weekend. As the attached roadmap shows, two more paid expansions will be released by August. In addition, there will also be various free updates.

The disappointing release of Saints Row is now almost a year ago. After Volition and Deep Silver have spent the last few months fixing the game’s bugs, they are now ready to release the first DLC. This is called The Heist & The Hazardous and offers three new story missions as well as a new weapon, a helicopter and new rewards and cosmetics. In July the second DLC called Doc Ketchum’s Murder Circus  will follow. The as-yet untitled final expansion will finally be released in August.

All three DLCs are part of the Expansion Pass, which is now also available. This is available on (PC), Xbox and PlayStation for €29.99.

In addition to the paid DLCs, the community will also be able to look forward to some free updates for Saints Row. The first one is now available and introduces the new district of Sunshine Springs  As you can already guess from the name, this is based on the LA district of Palm Springs. Along with this new area, you can expect a selfie mode, 12 new emotes and an emote selection wheel, as well as various Quality of Life updates.

You can find out more about Saints Row on the (official website).
