Last night Deep Silver and Dambuster Studios announced the Dead Island 2 showcase. In this one, we can expect new gameplay and a live-action movie.
In mid-November, Dambuster Studios and Deepsilver announced that Dead Island 2 would unfortunately not be released until April of next year. Along with this, they announced a showcase, the date of which, however, could not yet be named. Now the date has finally been set. On 6 December at 9 p.m., you can tune into Twitch and watch the showcase under the name Another Day In HELL-A . You can look forward to both new gameplay and a live-action film. For the latter, the developer and publisher present a first teaser:
In addition, they shared a short comic-style clip on Twitter introducing the fighter Amy. She seems to be the one when it comes to running away fast. Recently, a clip in the same style was published that introduces Jacob. We already had a closer look at him when Dead Island 2 was announced.
Dead Island 2 is scheduled for release on 28 April 2023 for PC, PlayStation and Xbox. Let’s hope this is the final release date
