Late last week, members of Team Ninja spoke about the gameplay of Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty in an interview. In the course of this, they came to talk about the game”s features and whether fans will have another opportunity to try out a demo.

In Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty, players are supposed to feel the vastness of China and the circumstances of the time. This is to be made possible above all by the open mission principle and the individual design of relationships. The plot is also supposed to be of great importance in order to make the gameplay even more immersive. However, it only takes the second most important position in the design of the title. As Team Ninja explains, Wo Long is still a Action Adventure Accordingly, the action-packed battles remain at the centre of the title.

Furthermore Team Ninja commented on a renewed demo phase. Because the last one was only accessible for PS5 and Xbox Series, not many were able to participate, as there are still many countries like Japan where the consoles are still in short supply. Therefore, they are thinking about another demo that they want to present to a wider audience. However, they did not want to say more at this point.
Last but not least, the multiplayer feature of Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty was mentioned. The action adventure would allow joint play between the console generations (PS5 & PS4, Xbox One & Xbox Series X|S). But there will be no cross-platform support between PlayStation and Xbox.

Those who gamble on PC will be able to enjoy NVIDIA DLSS . However, Team Ninja is not yet sure whether this will be possible at release or will be added as a later feature.
