The League of Legends World Championship will take place in North America this year. Now it has been announced how and from when you can buy tickets for the mega event.
The League of Legends World Championship is one of the biggest events in the esports scene. This year, the battle between the very best League players will be held in the USA and Mexico. It has now been officially announced that tickets for the event can be purchased from 8 September.
How can I buy tickets for the 2022 Worlds?
From 8 September, 18:00 CEST you can order tickets for the preliminary round stage on the official site of (Cinemex) Tickets. There is also the possibility to reserve tickets to secure a seat in advance. The preliminary rounds will take place at the Arena Esports Stadium in Mexico City.
You can also purchase tickets for the group stage, quarter-finals and semi-finals from 8 September. For this you can be notified by (email) and get access to the tickets when the time comes.
If you’ve got your eye on tickets for the grand final, however, you’ll have to be a little patient. They probably won’t be available for purchase until the start of the Worlds on 29 September.

- Group Stage: 7 to 10 October and 13 to 16 October – Hulu Theatre, Madison Square Garden, New York

- Semifinals: 29 to 30 October – State Farm Arena, Atlanta, Georgia
- Finals: 5 November – Chase Center, San Francisco, California
