Destiny 2: The Showcase before Gamescom

Bungie has released a new Reaction trailer to draw attention to the upcoming Destiny 2 showcase. With this, the developer looks back on an eventful year with its community. When the showcase starts and on which platforms you can attend it, we reveal to you in the article.

Bungie had already announced a showcase for Destiny 2 at the end of July. Now we finally have a concrete launch date. At 6pm, two hours before the start of Opening Night Live, you can join the livestream. During this event, not only the Season 18 Lightfall  will be presented. The new expansion is also expected to be unveiled during the stream.

Those who want to take in the full showcase experience can already tune in to the preshow at 5pm and take part in the discussion with the developers after the presentation.

In addition, Bungie has revealed extensive info on the Arkus 3.0 Focus Update this week. In the official post, the developers talk about design inspirations, the adjustments for the individual classes and the respective abilities. More details on this topic will also be revealed during the big showcase.

The last major expansion of Destiny 2 focused on the Witch Queen Savathûn.
