In Wreckreation the name says it all. The newly announced arcade racing game not only lets you crash the opposing cars off the track like in Wreckfest, but also create completely new tracks. In doing so, you can let your creative streak run wild: The large open world gives you a number of design options, which you can then share with the world. In the so-called live mix mode, you can also change or add to the track while other players are in the middle of the race. You can see what this looks like at the end of the trailer.
The development studio Three Fields Entertainment also has some experience with arcade racing games. For one, they’ve already released a couple of titles in the genre in recent years with Dangerous Driving and Danger Zone 1 and 2. But the greatest expertise certainly comes from studio founders Alex Ward and Fiona Sperry, who previously worked on the Burnout game at Criterion Games.
