Ubisoft seems to be working hard on a new PvP game. The game Project Q is also supposed to have a Battle Royale mode.

The developer studio Ubisoft is reportedly working on a new innovative PvP battle arena game. According to insider Tom Henderson, the title “Project Q” is currently being developed and is already in the testing phase.

The name already appeared last year. However, it seems to be on everyone’s lips again, as the first game test is now apparently imminent. However, Ubisoft has not yet revealed any details about the game. In Project Q there are supposed to be two different modes: One is “Showdown”, in which four teams with two players each compete against each other in a Battle Royale.

Then the “Battle Zone” mode is planned for the game. This is a kind of battle arena mode in which two teams of four players each have to collect 100 points to win. To do this, points must be captured on the map and held for as long as possible. According to Henderson, this is similar to the Hardpoint mode in Call of Duty.

It seems that the players can choose a hero of their choice. However, it seems to be possible to customise their abilities and weapons. According to the insider, the choice of weapons seems to be very diverse and does not only consist of simple SMGs, snipers or shotguns. In Project Q, for example, playing cards, fireworks, hammers or paint guns are also supposed to serve as weapons.
