The latest teaser for the third season of Warzone gives hope for a massive new arrival in the CoD universe.

The latest teaser for the new Warzone Season is giving the community a good shake right now, announcing a long-awaited event.

King of the Monsters

On 27 April, the third season of Warzone will be ushered in, bringing with it something big. The teaser for the new season, released on 13 April, doesn’t reveal much about the upcoming gameplay changes in Warzone and is nothing out of the ordinary in itself, but if you’ve watched to the end, you’ll have noticed something very interesting.

In the video, which is just over a minute long, the narrator talks about something that the Nazis unknowingly woke up on Caldera with their Nebula bombs, then you hear a pinging noise that strongly reminds you of the one from the Godzilla films. Some even think they can hear the characteristic Godzilla roar at the end.

But what none of us knew, a storm was on the horizon. With Nebula, the Nazis unwittingly shook something awake. Something far more powerful and terrifying than anything we could ever comprehend.

Rumours were already doing the rounds in February that Raven Software was planning a crossover with Godzilla and King Kong, this could now be the confirmation. It is not yet known whether King Kong will soon be swinging over Caldera. But since both Godzilla and King Kong are set in the same monster universe, it could only be a matter of time before we meet the gigantic gorilla in Warzone.
