To kick off March, Epic is giving away two new games in its Games Store. Both are especially for friends of cultivated twin-stick shooter action. But you shouldn’t be arachnophobic. Because in Black Widow: Recharged and Centipede: Recharged you have to deal with a horde of nasty vermin. From Thursday, 03 March 2022, you can get both games for free in the (Epic Games Store) and then keep them forever.

Insect baller action with Black Widow: Recharged and Centipede: Recharged

Twin-stick shooters and arcade games have become rare these days. But these shooting galleries still offer plenty of diverting action entertainment. Such is the case with the dynamic remakes of the cult classics Black Widow and Centipede, which return in the Recharged Edition. In both, you defend your home nest against the onslaught of deadly swarms of insects. The arcade action is perfectly underlined by Megan McDuffees groovy soundtrack. The gaudy neon look is also perfect for a fun high-score hunt with your insect hero. The great thing is that you can play 30 varied challenges alone or with a friend in local co-op mode.

In addition, the latest free game is waiting for you in the Epic Games Store until Thursday. The beautiful JRPG Cris Tales! In it, you and a team of heroes try to fight your way through a beautifully designed world full of dangers and mysteries, while you can access several time levels. A great role-playing game to get lost in.
