A train ride is fun, a train ride is beautiful. Loosely based on this – subtly modified – children’s song, the gameplay core of Train Life could be described quite aptly. Because in this simulation you can get behind the wheel of many trains that you already marvelled at as a child with your mouth open when leaving the station.

Whoever gets bored with all the train driving in the long run (however that can be done) can also swap the train driver’s cap for the manager’s tie and make sure that their own operation runs smoothly. And what happens when, after dozens of hours of play, you have moved all the trains and learned all the routes by heart? Quite clearly: the developer delivers supplies.

This will soon be the case in Train Life, because the second major update for the Early Access phase delivers more of the same – and in a positive sense. It includes new trains, new railway routes and new scenarios that present you with fresh challenges. The trailer gives you a foretaste of the contents of the update. Those who are participating in Early Access can try out the new features now.
